TELESALES MANAGER -IT BIRMINGHAM

The Role
Your role will be to understand, influence and show clear communication and action focus, drive and develop a team of Telesales Consultants towards the achievement of all sales and quality targets in line with the Company objectives. A key element of this role is the coaching and training aspect of developing the Sales Consultants to meet and exceed their objectives*targets and the deployment of best practice. You will be required to forecast weekly and monthly figures to the Area Telesales Manager
The Person
Ideally candidates will have a good man management background or Telesales Experience in Management,
- A proven track record in sales management would be an advantage
- Excellent and strong Man Management skills are ESSENTIAL
- Tenacity and enthusiasm to get the results required
